QVSTA is an expanding online platform for model agencies and content creators in the creative industry. Our mission is to disrupt a slow, intransparent market full of gate keepers. It’s a great time to join QVSTA as we have traction and a proven business model but there’s still so much ahead. The fundamentals are set. Now we need your help so we can together become market leader in digital model booking in Europe. QVSTA is looking for:

Full-Stack Engineer

You will

  • Lead the frontend development & significantly impact the backend.
  • Your voice will be heard and you’ll be part of the decision making.
  • Partner with our designers to build a beautiful and customer friendly product.
  • Grow and learn. We don’t expect anyone to know everything, but we expect you to want to learn what you don’t know.

You are

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a full-stack developer.
  • At least 1.5 years of experience with either react or django/python – ideally both.
  • Good understanding of SPA and REST principles.
  • Code quality is important for you as it is for us. Your code is readable, elegant and well tested.
  • Good eye for a beautiful design. No one wants to use ugly products.
  • Detail oriented. And don’t be shy about telling us about what we have missed.
  • Fluent in English. We are an international company.
  • And last but not least, you want to have fun while working. It’s more than a workplace for us. We have a very friendly atmosphere with company events and company lunches.

Frontend Engineering Intern


Work on developing the core product of the company
Take part in the decision making process.
Work with multiple stakeholders (product, designers, developers)
Maintain high code quality with good UX as an emphasis
Research different solutions for problems you encounter. Be able to specify pros and cons for different alternatives


Experience developing web applications outside of the classroom
Experience with one of the javascript frontend frameworks (React is preferred)
Understanding of web-service architecture. Knowledge of REST fundamentals and JSON
Hands-on mentality and ability to learn independently
Great problem solving ability

Social Media Marketing & Sales Intern


A young and highly motivated team

As we are a small team, your tasks and responsibilities will be very wide spread (from Marketing to Sales, to product meetings, planning,…) and you’ll be able to learn a lot


Enjoy learning and practicing different methods of client acquisition
Be eager to take decisions by your own and to work independently
A sense of style and passion for fashion
Ideally some start-up or office experience
Ideally some experience and talent in talking to customers on the phone
Basic know-how of the tech world


Partnership Outreach to Model Agencies and Brands to create interest in the QVSTA
Identifying and generating outbound leads via phone calls, email campaigns, and occasional in-person visits.
Handing off warm leads to the head of partnerships.
Contribute to social media marketing
Learn how to work with our Hubspot CRM and improve the pipeline
Provide input into the foundation of the product
be creative: e.g. build banners (with industry standard software solutions)
